    Both the Grizzlies and Pelicans are on win streaks in the NBA. CJ McCollum is coming off a monster game. With the injuries of the Pelicans I am expecting The Grizzlies to easily win tonight. I am not betting the -11 points Memphis is giving up. I am also going with the under of 244.

    McCollum 23.5 and Dejounte Murray 18.5 should go over on points while I am also taking Jaren Jackson 24.5 and Desmond Bane 20.5 over on points.

    My Upset NHL Prediction For Penguins vs Hurricanes Game 1/5/25

    The Pittsburgh Penguins are heading to Carolina for a tough road match-up. The Penguins nearly snuck out a win from Stanley Cup Champs, The Florida Panthers in their last outing. Losing in overtime by the score of 3-2.

    I do not necessarily like the Penguins, but I did watch their last game and felt they played hard enough to win. The Hurricanes look to be starting Dustin Tokarski in net. The Penguins have also activated Kris Letang.

    For the Hurricanes, it looks like Shane Gostisbehere and Roman Jost will both miss this game. With all the information stated, I am thinking the Penguins will pull an upset in Carolina. Predicting a 7 or 8 goal game and many on the scoring sheet.

    Having a craving to watch and play baseball everyday was a common occurrence. TBS was the flag station for the Atlanta Braves. Sure, they have been a great team for awhile, but back then, they literally stunk. I remember games where there was only like 3,000 people in the stands. That didn’t deter me though. Watching them everyday, I quickly became a huge Dale Murphy fan.

    Watching a lot of baseball had it’s perks though. It wasn’t long before I started to learn about other players on other teams. It was Rickey Henderson that caught my eye. It wasn’t because he could demolish the ball, it was because he was the fastest person I ever saw. It wasn’t just because he stole bases, he had a killer head first slide. When I saw him slide head first, I knew that was what I was going to learn next. Sure enough, I did and stealing bases became a lot more easy.

    After the Florida Panthers were shutout two games in a row in Canada, they have come back to Florida on fire. They have scored 6 goals in the last two games. I expect them to continue that trend tonight.

    For the Blues, Joel Hofer may get the start, but not confirmed as of yet. Faksa and Broberg are expected to make their return tonight. For the Panthers, Sam Bennett is a GTD and Bobrovsky is starting in net.

    I am liking the Florida Panthers to win and I am going with the over.

If I was to pick the goal scorers, it would be Tkachuk, Barkov and Reinhart for the Cats. Only one I feel safe getting a point for the Blues is Kyrou.

    The Edmonton Oilers finally get a rematch against the team that knocked them out of the Stanley Cup playoffs last year.

    Coincidentally the Florida Panthers are on the worst run they have had in awhile. Being a lifelong Panthers fan, I have seen this often. It will take a spectacular game from either Tkachuk, Reinhart or Verhaeghe to get them a win tonight. They have been shutout the last two games. Is this the game that will happen? I don’t think the Edmonton Oilers are worried. Alexander Barkov is a game time decision.

    As of 7pm ET on Hard Rock Bet, the Oilers were -130 favorites. The over/under is 6.

    I am expecting the Oilers to have a big night.

    I picked McDavid, Draisaitl, Bouchard and Hyman to get a point. Threw in a long shot and added Henrique to get a goal. Expect the Oilers shot totals to be high. Maybe even a repeat of game 5 in the Stanley Cup finals.

    Safe to say, I believe the NHL Canucks will not be able to stop Florida’s offense. Here is my sports betting choices for points this game:
