Both the Rangers and Sabres are struggling this year. Both teams are struggling even harder as of late. The Rangers have lost 3 out of the last 4 and in each of those games the team is averaging nearly 5 goals against. The Sabres have lost their last 4 also averaging nearly 5 goals against.
The over/under is 6 on Hard Rock Bet as of 5pm ET.
The Rangers are -145 to win as of the same time.
I expect points from these Rangers: Panarin, Trochek and Zibanejad.
I expect points from these Sabres: Tage Thompson and Alex Tuch.
I do think the Rangers will win, but not necessarily comfortable giving 2 goals. As my ending total for the game is 7 goals.
