The Lego company has been around since 1932. Their name is Danish and means play well. The company is still privately owned by the Kirk Kristiansen family. The company was created by Kirk (a master carpenter) by creating wooden toys crafted with love and skill.
Through the years Lego toys have become more and more popular. With popularity comes collectibility. These days you can find Lego sets from when we were a child going on Ebay for thousands of dollars.
